One of the things that sets Holepop EDM Supplies & Electrodes from the competition is our willingness to supply customized electrodes, which is exactly what many of our customers are looking for. Some of these customers are universities or research and development labs looking for small batches of electrodes to machine experimental prototypes. Some of these customers are large companies that need thousands upon thousands of a specialized electrode to manufacture a proprietary part. While we take pride in our role in serving these customers, making custom electrodes can pose a dilemma. When more electrodes need to be drawn than a customer needs, we are left with a surplus of electrodes that, though perfectly usable and high quality, often cannot be sold because nobody knows they exist.
